In my current role as an Operations Executive with Eagle Express Delivery Services, I manage day-to-day delivery operations, including rider and driver recruitment, route allocation, attendance, staffing, delivery performance monitoring, driver scheduling, fleet activities, and operational reporting. I also coordinate with 3PL riders and fulfilment hubs to support smooth deliveries and resolve operational issues.
My previous experience also includes managing transportation operations, driver deployment, vehicle movements, schedules, safety procedures, SOP compliance, and client coordination.
