With over 12 years of experience in operations, delivery services, transport coordination, fleet management, warehouse operations, and team supervision, I believe I can contribute effectively to your delivery operations.
In my current role as an Operations Executive with Eagle Express Delivery Services, I manage day-to-day delivery operations, including rider and driver recruitment, route allocation, attendance, staffing, delivery performance monitoring, driver scheduling, fleet activities, and operational reporting. I also coordinate with 3PL riders and fulfilment hubs to support smooth deliveries and resolve operational issues.
My previous experience also includes managing transportation operations, driver deployment, vehicle movements, schedules, safety procedures, SOP compliance, and client coordination. In my management roles, I supervised 100+ employees and handled production, warehouse, logistics, procurement, inventory, and administration functions.
I am particularly confident in team coordination, driver/rider management, KPI monitoring, delivery operations, problem-solving, reporting, SOP compliance, and process improvement. I am currently based in Abu Dhabi and available for immediate joining.
