About the Area
The developers of Tilal City have meticulously designed every detail to ensure For its residents, there is stability and a productive work environment, so the area is divided into 5 sub-projects, namely Hills City A, Hills City B, Hills City C, in addition to Hills City D and Hills City E. It was mentioned above that the infrastructure works are fully completed, as the Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority supervised the preparation of all sewage facilities, the gas network, and water and electricity services. The project is designed in a contemporary style, with each sub-district having its own distinct character. Tilal City A (Zone A) overlooks the central park and features green spaces, shops, restaurants, and cafes on the lower floors of buildings. Apartments in this sub-district boast balconies overlooking meticulously landscaped areas. Tilal City B (Zone B) is located in the northern part of the project and includes residential apartments, gardens, mosques, and shops on its edges. Tilal City C (Zone C) comprises 673 plots designated for the construction of residential villa complexes built to local and international standards.
