Terms:

• We will collect the full amount upon confirmation of the reservation.
• Payments are subject to a 2.8% processing fee if made via VISA or MasterCard.
• If payment is via international bank transfer, please add AED 50 on top of the total amount due to the rate conversion difference. Please note all bank charges from international transfers charged by both sender’s bank and the beneficiary bank will be shouldered by the guest.
• A security deposit addressed to Vayaliving vacation Homes will be taken from the guest upon check-in and will be returned at the end of the booking period in 7 working days. The security deposit may be retained to cover the costs of repair in the event of damage to the property.
• This security deposit will be used to cover the repair of any damage or stain found during checkout inspection and will not be refunded upon any signs of smoking inside the property.
• Cancellation Policy: Non-refundable.
