Property in Al Karama, Abu Dhabi with 2 Spacious Villa inside that can be used as Commercial or Residential will be vacant soon!
Al Karamah is located in Abu Dhabi City, almost in the center of the island. The area lies between two blocks called Al Karamah Street and Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Street and is closed off at either end by Mohamed Bin Khalifa Street and Hazza Bin Zayed Street. If you want food on the go, this is the area for you. Pizza Hut and Popeye’s (fried chicken) are almost next door to each other on Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Street. Further up the same road, towards Delma Street, is Costa Coffee, Urban Bites for those seeking healthier meals, and Pizzaro, a decent Italian pizza and pasta restaurant. Check out the restaurants at the Abu Dhabi Country Club, too, which is on Delma Street, right in the middle of Al Karamah.
There is a combination of both old and recently constructed residential and commercial properties in Al Karamah. Many housing groups such as villa compounds occupy the area but the accommodation options are not just limited to them. Al Karamah also contains buildings of varying heights. While you’ll see a lot of contemporary and modern architecture, a few old buildings in the area can still be spotted whose construction dates back decades ago.
