📝 Leasing Process After Viewing

2️⃣ Management will review the documents and rental application.
3️⃣ Once approved, a rental offer will be issued showing the payment terms, security deposit, and administrative fee.
4️⃣ After accepting the offer, the required payments, cheques, or proof of payment must be submitted.
5️⃣ The tenancy contract will be prepared, signed, and submitted for official registration and attestation.
6️⃣ The apartment will be handed over after the attested tenancy contract has been issued and all required documents and payments have been completed.
