-Strong Personality -Provide general secretarial / administration support to the Director - Recruiting, training and supervising junior staff -Responsible for answering & screening telephone calls & face to face inquiries. - Preparing correspondence on the principal's behalf, - Managing the principal's electronic diary - Booking meetings - Organizing travel and preparing complex travel itineraries, - Attend meetings on your boss's behalf - Writing minutes - Taking dictation - Conducting research on the internet - Preparing papers for meetings - Managing and reviewing filing and office systems, - Typing document - Sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment

Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
research required information using available resources
manage and resolve customer complaints
provide customers with product and service information
enter new customer information into system
update existing customer information
follow up customer calls where necessary
document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Demonstrate products and show consumers how to maximize their features
visit clients to demonstrate use of products, show samples and take orders
arrange a schedule of visits to major potential buyers by contacting people and making appointments
develop and update knowledge of their own products and the products of their competitors
speak with other sales and marketing personnel in their company to determine the best methods of promoting products
establish customers' needs and explain and demonstrate products to them, which may involve providing technical descriptions of products and how they may be used
quote and negotiate prices and credit terms
prepare contracts and record orders
report to employers on sales and provide feedback about the marketing of new or established produc
carry out formal presentations of products using videos and other training aids, attend promotional markets and organise product displays
work on telemarketing campaigns
plan and work towards meeting sales targets and budgets
use e-business technology.
Conduct outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers via telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and to sell products and services.
Collect and research information needed to identify and resolve problematic situations.
