Job Description:
Tadbeer Almadina is seeking a professional and customer-focused Arabic Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, handle front desk operations efficiently, and support daily administrative tasks within the center.
Key Responsibilities:
-Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner
-Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
-Assist customers with inquiries related to Tadbeer services (visas, contracts, domestic workers, etc.)
-Manage appointments and maintain visitor records
-Enter and update client information in the system
-Prepare and print documents
-Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
-Follow up with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
-Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:
-Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service
-Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
-Professional appearance and positive attitude
-Ability to multitask and work under pressure
-Strong organizational and time management skills
