We are looking for a highly capable Personal Assistant who can operate as a right-hand partner, not just an executor of tasks. This role requires intelligence, ownership, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars, meetings, and priorities
Act as a communication gatekeeper across multiple businesses
Coordinate between teams, stakeholders, and external partners
Handle confidential matters with high discretion
Track tasks, follow-ups, and ensure execution
Support in business operations, expansion, and decision-making
Prepare summaries, reports, and structured updates
Manage logistics, travel, and scheduling
Identify problems before they happen and solve them proactively
Skills & Requirements:
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Fast thinker with strong judgment
Excellent communication skills
High level of ownership and accountability
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Tech-savvy and efficient
Trustworthy with sensitive information
