Job Details
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update operational records, trackers, and reports on a daily basis.
Monitor and track real estate-related matters, including rent status, maintenance follow-up, and related data.
Maintain restaurant-related data, reports, and operational records.
Coordinate daily follow-up with concerned staff, suppliers, tenants, or service teams.
Prepare Excel sheets, summaries, and reports for management review.
Ensure proper filing of documents, records, and operational data.
Support management in administrative and coordination tasks.
Follow up on pending tasks and report updates in a timely manner.
Assist in improving data accuracy and workflow efficiency.
Perform other related coordination and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Female candidate currently available in the UAE with a valid visa.
Experience in administration, operations coordination, or data tracking.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
Experience in real estate, maintenance, or restaurant operations will be an advantage.
Ability to prepare daily and weekly reports.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of office administration procedures.
