Job Description

To steer efforts for running a profit centre without loss.
To lead the Sales team efficiently and for the business progress of the company.
Achieve yearly growth targets through, budget and forecasting process.
Execute specific sales plans and strategies to optimize existing and potential Valve Service
business.
Maintain customer interface to increase sales to existing accounts and expand customer base
Ensure input forecasting accuracy is maintained.
Ensure prices quoted meet required minimum Gross Margins as a minimum.
Develop annual order intake budgets and monthly forecasts according to business.
Compliance with client specification, Compliance with valve data sheet, Data sheet suitability, Certification suitability ,Materials of construction suitability ,Material test certification suitability, End connection suitability ,Face to face dimension suitability ,NDE suitability for requested quality level ,Valve testing suitability, Paint/ Fire Safe/ NACE suitability ,Correct actuator reference if requested Highlight any deviations, and accept or reject accordingly
Interpret valve data sheet to Valve Request Form (VRF).
Correctly choose valve quality levels, requirements and applicable specifications Supplier Quotation Technical Review ,Checklist Review ,individual quote compliance and suitability
Coordinates operation, maintenance, and repair activities to maintain optimum utilization of system.
Manage budgets, staffing, and cost control for each project
Overall project management of valve division, including the addressing of technical items, planning scheduling requirements and overall coordination of the necessary items to achieve schedule, cost, quality and product performance.
Works interactively with the Sourcing Lead on the valve equipment bid packages, and other departments to include Quality and the Engineering organization.
Manage supplier performance including communicating feedback from engineering and supply chain management.
Prepare necessary reports and status documents
 Necessary preparation of Letters of Authority/contract inputs, presentations, and participate in contract negotiations.
Maintain critical business relationship for prompt resolution of engineering requirement conflicts.
Conduct necessary risk analysis for sourcing decisions.
Support activities of Supply Chain management.
Direct resolution of highly complex technical, contractual, and financial problems.
Manage needs of supplier and internal organizations.
Make technical and commercial decisions as appropriate.
Coordinate the efforts of employees in a synergistic/integrated manner to accomplish tasks and resolve problems.
Ensuring the timely submission of proposals & Quotations to clients.
To work as an effective team member offering flexibility of cover and assistance to others as required.

Skill set

Minimum 8-10 Years of Market Experience in UAE & Other Middle East countries , mainly in Valves Maintenance & Refurbishment. Should have good client database with him to boost up the company’s business.

Should be energetic, fast paced enthusiastic and ambitious with desire to succeed. Should have professional attitude, conduct and appearance. Willing to travel and should have UAE Driving Licence , Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages.
