The area of focus in the EMEA region is Connected Services which will help all customers operate more efficiently.

We are seeking an experienced, highly professional individual who will provide the leadership required in EMEA as the Breakthrough Initiative Sales Leader for Connected Services.

Responsible for Pole business related to the growth of the BTI
Interact with key Business (VP GMs & Regional Leaders), Sales and Marketing Leaders to ensure there is alignment between the business and sales needs
Owns the Sales Execution Strategy for the BTI for the Pole
Key contributor to Overall HOS Gold Strategy for the initiative (X-Matrix)
Provide guidance and support to SDs, RSMs and AMs on the growth of this initiative in the pole
Provide leadership to Branch based AMs focusing on the initiative
Work closely with Marketing and Technology for successful product launches and achieve NPI targets for the Pole (related to the BTI)

Bachelor's degree n relevant field
Extensive experience within the process automation/ combustion industry
Solutions background (Process Control Systems and Software Solutions)
Experience establishing joint Connected Assets solutions while expanding the Partner Eco System
Strong knowledge of OEM solutions in operations & maintenance, HTS solutions, Plant Operations / Asset Integrity, Solutions Sales and Business Value addition to clients' business needs
Proven success within similar sales role
