Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to handle floating enquiries, source products, and manage purchasing activities. You’ll be the link between clients, sales team, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities: Receive and process floating enquiries from clients via email/phone/walk-in Source items, request quotations from suppliers & compare prices Prepare and follow up on sales quotations and purchase orders Coordinate with vendors for product availability, pricing, and delivery Maintain enquiry tracker, update CRM/Excel sheets, and report to sales manager Assist with stock monitoring and reordering fast-moving items Handle basic documentation: LPOs, invoices, delivery notes Requirements: 2+ years experience in sales coordination / procurement / trading Strong vendor network in UAE market preferred Excellent negotiation and follow-up skills Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel Good communication in English; Arabic/Hindi a plus Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
