About the Role
A UAE retailer specializing in natural amber prayer beads (misbaha), oud, and premium canes is hiring an Operations & Field Sales Representative to support the growth of an established business.

Based at the Abu Dhabi office, with pre-booked customer visits to one city per travel day (expected ~1 day/week), plus exhibition participation.

What You'll Do
- Meet walk-in customers at the office and pre-booked customers on scheduled city visits
- Present and sell pieces from a curated case (amber, oud, canes)
- Explain product quality, origin and craftsmanship with confidence
- Offer/learn related services such as rosary upgrading and maintenance
- Process orders and payments (cash, card, Tabby/Tamara) per company procedure
- Handle office operations: receiving stock, managing inquiries, preparing website orders for the shipping partner, and tracking orders through to close
- Maintain full accountability for stock in your care
- Support exhibition arrangements and coordinate with service providers as needed
- Keep your schedule and vehicle in good order
- Coordinating and participating in Exhibition based on assignments
- Reliable Day to Day Operations

Requirements
- Valid UAE driving licence (essential)
- Fluent spoken Arabic (essential - customer conversations are in Arabic)
- Previous experience in direct sales, retail, or luxury goods (1-2 years)
- Well-presented, comfortable engaging high-net-worth clients
- High personal integrity - you'll carry valuable stock unsupervised
- Experience with prayer beads, jewellery, or similar luxury retail is a strong plus
- Experience in operations (stock receiving, inventory, inquiries, closing online orders)

Schedule: 6 days/week
