About the Role:
We are a fast-growing online gold jewelry brand based in the UAE looking for a dynamic, presentable, and sales-driven Customer Service, Sales Executive and Content Creator to join our team. This is not a passive customer service role — we need someone who genuinely converts inquiries into sales, takes ownership of the customer journey from first contact to delivery, and is confident representing our brand in front of the camera.
Key Responsibilities:
Review daily website orders and contact cash-on-delivery and confirmed clients to verify and follow up on orders
Prepare airway bills and coordinate with the logistics team for order packing and dispatch
Handle all incoming inquiries across WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram DMs, and website inbox — responding promptly and professionally
Convert inquiries into sales — this is the core of the role
Place orders on behalf of clients when needed
Follow up on abandoned checkouts and re-engage potential buyers
Handle customer exchanges, replacements, and aftersales professionally
Manage company email including courier coordination and operational correspondence
Create engaging content for offers, promotions, and product launches and coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns
Participate in product photoshoots and present offers confidently and naturally in front of the camera for video content and reels
Assist in styling and presenting jewelry products professionally for social media and digital campaigns
What We Are Looking For:
Minimum 2 years experience in online sales, customer service, or e-commerce
Proven ability to close sales over WhatsApp and social media — not just answer questions
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (Arabic preferred)
Confident, presentable, and professional in all client interactions
Comfortable and natural in front of the camera — for product videos, reels, and promotional content
Experience in product photography, content creation, or social media content is a strong advantage
Familiarity with social media platforms and online store operations
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word — comfortable preparing reports, tracking orders, and managing data
Good overall computer literacy — able to work across multiple systems and platforms simultaneously
Self-motivated and target driven
Based in Abu Dhabi
