Job Details

Generate qualified leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, referrals and client visits
• Develop new business across Abu Dhabi, Dubai and other UAE locations
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and regularly update lead and opportunity records
• Arrange client meetings and deliver company and service presentations
• Prepare weekly sales activity, enquiry, proposal and conversion reports
• Follow up systematically until enquiry conversion or formal closure
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue, client-acquisition and meeting targets
• Monitor competitor activities and identify new market opportunities

• EPC contractors
• Fabrication and construction companies
• Pressure-vessel, piping and structural-steel manufacturers
• Equipment manufacturers and industrial vendors
• Third-party inspection companies

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, HR or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of business development or B2B sales experience
• Experience in UAE oil and gas, EPC, fabrication, inspection, recruitment or technical manpower services is strongly preferred
• Existing UAE industry contacts will be an advantage
• Good knowledge of lead generation, client acquisition, proposal submission and sales follow-up
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand both technical services and recruitment requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, email and LinkedIn
• UAE driving licence and own vehicle are preferred
• Must be target-driven, disciplined and capable of working independently
