تعلن جيوفاني (فرنشايز) عن توفر شاغر مدير/ة فرع للعمل في بوابة الشرق مول – أبوظبي.
Giovanni (Franchise) is hiring a Branch Manager to join its team at Bawabat Al Sharq Mall, Abu Dhabi.
نبحث عن شخص يمتلك خبرة متميزة في الجيلاتو (Gelato)، باعتباره المنتج الأساسي للعلامة، بالإضافة إلى معرفة جيدة بالقهوة وإدارة وتشغيل المقاهي.
We are looking for a candidate with solid experience in gelato, as it is the brand's core product, along with good knowledge of coffee and café operations and management.
المتطلبات | Requirements
خبرة في إدارة وتشغيل الجيلاتو (Gelato).
Experience in gelato production and operations.
معرفة جيدة بالقهوة وتشغيل الكافيه.
Good knowledge of coffee and café operations.
خبرة في إدارة الفروع وقيادة فريق العمل.
Experience in branch management and leading a team.
القدرة على إدارة المخزون، وضبط الجودة، ومتابعة التشغيل اليومي.
Ability to manage inventory, maintain quality standards, and oversee daily operations.
مهارات قيادية وتنظيمية، والقدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل.
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
المهام | Responsibilities
الإشراف الكامل على تشغيل الفرع.
Oversee all branch operations.
ضمان جودة منتجات الجيلاتو والقهوة وفق معايير العلامة.
Ensure the quality of gelato and coffee products meets the brand's standards.
إدارة وتدريب فريق العمل.
Manage and train the branch team.
متابعة المبيعات وتحقيق أهداف الفرع.
Monitor sales performance and achieve branch targets.
تقديم تجربة مميزة للعملاء.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience.
