We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily Food & Beverage operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage teams, control costs, and drive business growth while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations across restaurants, cafés, and F&B outlets.
- Manage, train, and supervise staff to ensure operational excellence.
- Monitor sales performance, budgets, food costs, inventory, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and UAE regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and resolve complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, kitchen teams, and outlet managers.
- Analyze operational reports, KPIs, and financial performance.
- Support business development, menu planning, and promotional activities.
- Ensure consistent service quality and adherence to company policies.

Requirements:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, including managerial or multi-outlet responsibilities.
- Proven experience in restaurant, café, or hospitality operations.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and revenue growth.
- Knowledge of UAE food safety regulations and hospitality standards.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
