Job Details
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our coffee shop team. The ideal candidate has a deep love for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks, filter coffee, teas, and other beverages.
- Welcome guests, take orders efficiently, and provide friendly, personalized service.
- Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene standards at the coffee bar and seating areas.
- Calibrate grinders daily and perform routine cleaning/maintenance of the espresso machine.
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and restock supplies as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barista in a cafe or specialty coffee shop.
- Solid understanding of coffee extraction, milk texturing, and basic latte art.
- Fluent in spoken English with excellent communication skills.
- Positive attitude, energetic, and highly customer-oriented.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
