PROPERTY CONSULTANT – OFF PLAN SALES
REPORTAGE PROPERTIES | ABU DHABI, UAE

Reportage Properties is expanding its Abu Dhabi sales team and is seeking experienced, commercially driven Property Consultants to join our organization.

We are looking for ambitious real estate professionals with strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi off-plan market, established brokerage relationships, and a proven ability to generate sales, manage client relationships, and close high-value transactions.

This role will play a key part in supporting the growth of Reportage Properties through direct sales performance, broker network expansion, and active participation in project launches and corporate sales events.

Please Note:
Only candidates with prior Abu Dhabi real estate experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities
• Represent Reportage Properties with professionalism and strong market expertise
• Promote and sell Reportage developments across Abu Dhabi and the UAE
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property viewings
• Manage negotiations and oversee transactions through successful closure
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
• Build, develop, and maintain relationships with brokerage firms and channel partners
• Generate new brokerage partnerships to support monthly sales and event objectives
• Participate in exhibitions, broker events, launches, and corporate sales initiatives
• Maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline management through CRM systems
• Stay informed on Abu Dhabi market trends, competitor projects, and investment opportunities
Candidate Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of prior Abu Dhabi real estate experience, preferably within off-plan sales
• Existing broker and investor network within Abu Dhabi is highly preferred
• Proven negotiation, relationship management, and closing abilities
• Professional communication and presentation skills
• Target-oriented mindset with a strong sales track record
• Ability to perform within a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
• UAE driving license preferred
