A Real Estate Broker is responsible for helping clients buy, sell, or rent properties while earning income through commission on successful transactions. This role requires strong sales skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties
Generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals
Conduct property viewings and provide guidance to clients
Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal regulations
Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, and necessary documentation
Build and maintain a strong client portfolio
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or real estate is a plus
Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
