ABOUT COVERTSTONE

Covertstone is a new, independent real estate agent in Abu Dhabi, licensed on the mainland and in the Abu Dhabi Global Market. We act for family offices, private investors, and institutions with a long horizon, identifying value before the market recognises it and securing positions early, often off-market.
We are at the beginning. The licences, the structure, and the positioning are in place. What comes next is the team that will build the firm's name and its record.

THE ROLE

We currently have two positions available, with the following responsibilities:

1. Off-Plan Sales Consultant

-Focus on selling new developments and off-plan properties directly from developers.
-Build and maintain relationships with developers and their sales teams.
-Follow up with leads and clients interested in off-plan projects.
-Present projects, payment plans, prices, and investment opportunities to clients.
-Arrange property presentations, site visits, and meetings with developers.
-Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to booking and transaction completion.

2. Resale / Leasing Consultant

-Focus on secondary-market property sales and rental transactions.
-Source and maintain a portfolio of resale and rental properties.
-Assist buyers and tenants in finding suitable properties based on their requirements.
-Conduct property viewings and negotiate terms between clients and property owners.
-Manage leads, follow-ups, offers, and negotiations through to completion.
-Maintain strong relationships with landlords, property owners, buyers, and tenants.

We are looking for a small number of established agents to join early and help build Covertstone from the ground up. This is not a seat at a large brokerage with an established pipeline, a marketing department, and leads handed to you. It is the opportunity to be part of a firm from its first engagements and to grow with it. It will suit someone who already has the trust of serious buyers, who is tired of being one of many at a volume-driven agency, and who wants to do their best work in a small, senior, and focused firm. It will not suit those early in their career, or anyone who needs a ready-made platform to perform.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Bring your existing relationships with active buyers of Abu Dhabi real estate, and advise them under the Covertstone name
- Originate engagements through your own network and run them from first conversation to completion- Source opportunities ahead of the market, including privately held and off-market assets
- Lead negotiations and manage transactions in line with ADREC and ADGM requirements
- Contribute to the firm's standards and client approach as it grows
- Maintain absolute confidentiality in conduct and in record

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- A minimum of 7 years in UAE real estate brokerage or advisory, with at least 5 in Abu Dhabi
- An active, demonstrable network of qualified buyers: HNW individuals, family offices, or institutional purchasers
- A verifiable record of closed transactions
- A valid ADREC broker registration, or eligibility to obtain one promptly
- Deep knowledge of Abu Dhabi's districts, including Al Maryah, Saadiyat, Yas, and Al Reem Islands
- A builder's temperament: self-directed, resourceful, and comfortable working without a large support structure
- A reputation for integrity and discretion that will stand up to reference checks
- Fluent English; Arabic or another language relevant to your client base is an advantage
