Job Details
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent residential and commercial properties while providing excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
Promote and market available properties through appropriate channels.
Arrange and conduct property viewings and site visits.
Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Negotiate offers, prices, rental terms, and contracts on behalf of clients.
Prepare and maintain accurate property listings, client records, and transaction documentation.
Follow up with prospective clients and manage leads throughout the sales or rental process.
Stay informed about property market trends, prices, regulations, and new developments.
Coordinate with property owners, developers, mortgage providers, legal representatives, and other relevant parties.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales and revenue targets.
Ensure all transactions are handled professionally and in accordance with applicable real estate regulations.
Requirements
Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of the local property market.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
Professional appearance and excellent customer-service skills.
Ability to build and maintain a strong client network.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Valid driving license is an advantage.
