We are looking for an experienced Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to manage the daily maintenance and operation of our fleet.
Requirements:
* Minimum High School qualification
* Fluent in English
* Strong knowledge of bus/heavy vehicle spare parts
* Good mechanical and maintenance knowledge
* Able to communicate effectively with drivers, mechanics, and workshops
* Experience supervising mechanics and handling fleet breakdowns
* Able to manage daily maintenance operations independently
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* Previous bus rental or heavy vehicle experience preferred
