Job Details
Provide support and assistance to ERP users.
Understand and configure ERP modules based on customer requirements.
Assist with ERP implementation, data setup, testing, and user training.
Troubleshoot basic application and database-related issues.
Prepare and modify basic reports using Crystal Reports.
Perform basic SQL Server queries for data checking and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with customers to understand issues and provide solutions.
Document customer requirements, issues, and resolutions.
