Position : Document Controller/ IT
Job purpose:
To protect the value of the content of documents and to enhance the usefulness of that content to the people in the organization who need to use it and to provide basic - med IT support to the staff
• supporting, analyzing and organizing document management processes and activities and assuring its compliance with the corporate methodology and procedures.
• Coordinating with Customer Relations Executives and aiding them in their tasks related to documents update
• Set up and Maintenance of the Call Center
• Set up, maintenance and update of the server
• Insuring the technical aspect of the company is upheld and properly run at optimal levels (WIFI, scanners, printers, Outlook, etc.)
• Maintenance and Updating of the Website
• Insuring that all security and integrity of day-to-day activities is maintained

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in IT, communications or business administration
Work Experience:
• Minimum of two years in a related field or IT experience
• Knowledge in use of spreadsheets, database, word processing and selected job specific software.
• Microsoft Office
• Variety of technical and administrative systems of the Internet
• Oracle, Photoshop, Java & Flash Software’s (basics only)
• Excellent in analyzing Tools such as Visio & MS-Project
• Web Development
• Networking (LANs)
