Job Description

Assistant HR Manager - Hotel
Salary: up to AED 9,000 Plus accommodation & utility paymentsLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Our Client is an international hotel brand offering 5 star service in this contemporary 4 star establishment.
They offer the usual facilities for any seasoned traveler and business professionals.
We are seeking an experience HR Generalist to assist the HR Manager in the day to day personnel operations of the hotel
Key role, is acting as a sport function in all matters relating to the staff wellbeing
The successful candidate will have the potential to grow and develop within the organisation
Process incoming mail
Create and distribute documents
Serve as a point of contact and action employee questions
Maintain computer system by updating and entering data
Compile reports and spreadsheets
Assist in Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system
Participate in recruitment efforts, posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
Schedule job interviews and assisting in interview process
Prepare new employee files
Orientate new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
Assist in training of new and current employees
Offer advise on new labor laws and implementation Assist in any other administrative duties related to the role


Bachelors degree, Diploma or Certification in Human Resources or relevant experience
Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience within Human Resources
Experience within hospitality would be an advantage
Possess excellent knowledge of UAE labour law
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic is essential
Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and
resolve programs in a timely manner Should be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
