Job Details
Duties and responsibilities (Accounts related):
• Receive, process and record all invoices, expense forms and receipts details in appropriate documentation
• Verify calculations, invoices and input codes into cash and accounts report and SAP ERP system in an accurate manner
• Deal with daily cash and bank account transactions and ensure that reconciliations are completed on a monthly basis
• Ensure all document filing is done in a timely and accurate manner
• Assist all internal and external audits and provides supporting documents
• Prepare, check and reconcile all company’s bank statement, summary balance sheet, and all related to accounting

Duties and responsibilities (Admin/Secretarial related):
• Arrange hotel and restaurant reservations, transportation and conference facilities for the VIP and staff
• Provide all around administrative support to Director/General Manager and the rest of the division and serves as division’s focal person with the rest of the company.
• Schedule and attend meetings, creates agendas and takes minutes
• Liaise with staff in other departments with external contacts
• Order and maintain stationery and office equipment
• Organize and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information
• Resolve administrative problems by coordinating the preparation of reports, analyzing data and identifying solutions
• Follow up on requests and tasks assigned by Superiors
• Maintain records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
• Handle confidential documents ensuring discretion.
• Conduct research for procurement & supply chain in IPP companies for future business
• Research and process supplier registration in SAP Ariba
• Assist in the division’s recruitment procedures, ICV certification, PRO works, process waste reduction reports


SKILLS: MS Office, SAP ERP, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat Reader/Editor

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree
