About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrative Officer to join our manpower supply and recruitment company. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of the UAE local manpower supply market and proven administrative expertise.
Key Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience in manpower supply or recruitment within the UAE
* Strong understanding of the UAE local labor market and supply processes
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree is an advantage)
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Proficiency in MS Office and administrative systems
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Job Responsibilities
* Manage daily administrative operations of the recruitment office
* Coordinate with clients and candidates for manpower requirements
* Handle documentation related to recruitment, visa processing, and onboarding
* Maintain and update employee and candidate records
* Assist in sourcing and screening candidates based on client needs
* Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
* Prepare reports, contracts, and correspondence
* Support management in operational and administrative tasks
