The responsibilities of a Server System Operations Lead includes:

Recovery, Database Management, Backup/ Recovery, Middleware, Storage management, Wintel / Messaging, Cloud operations, CRM / Siebel and Oracle Application.
Manage 24x7 operations, tickets, escalations, RFC, projects, resource availability, drive SIPs (green belt / White Belt initiatives) migrations, Technology Refresh for entire landscape.
Review capacity utilization for advance procurement of new HW.
Ensures that all S3, S2, S1 SLA's are met. Takes part in SLA agreement with customer. Incident analysis, RCA, attending customer review on critical actions / recovery scenario.
Ensure proactive alert & automation framework to maintain SLA.
Responsible for Delivery of Projects MSA / RFS across all circles.

The person will also need to constantly interact with several of other key players from the client (such as personal from technical as well as Service Delivery areas: Directors, Change Management Team, etc).
