The Role
We are seeking a hands-on, experienced full-time handyman to take full ownership of the day-to-day maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of a large four-story private villa in Abu Dhabi.

This is a live-out position with regular daily hours. The villa is active, things break, projects are ongoing, and we need someone who can fix what needs fixing without being told twice.

You will be the person we count on to keep the property running.

What You’ll Do:

• General repairs & maintenance across all four floors — proactive, not reactive
• Carpentry — repairs, installations, custom fittings, doors, cabinetry
• Painting & touch-ups — interior and exterior, clean lines, professional finish
• Basic electrical work — light fixtures, outlets, troubleshooting, hanging chandeliers and fixtures
• Mechanical repairs — air conditioning units (basic servicing/troubleshooting), appliances, plumbing fixes
• Power washing — driveways, patios, exterior surfaces, pool deck
• Gardening & landscape upkeep — plants, irrigation checks, general grounds maintenance
• Sourcing & purchasing parts — driving to suppliers, getting the right materials, managing receipts
• Working alongside the household team — coordinating with other staff and outside contractors when bigger jobs come in

What We Require
• Proven hands-on experience in carpentry, painting, electrical, and mechanical repairs (multi-skilled, not specialized in just one trade)
• Fluent English — written and spoken, no exceptions
• Valid UAE driver’s license — you’ll be driving to suppliers and running property errands
• Own reliable transport to and from the villa daily (or willingness to use provided transport)
• Punctual and dependable — consistent daily hours, on time every day
• Team player — able to take direction, work with household staff, and coordinate with vendors
• Self-starter — sees what needs to be done and does it without micromanagement
• Reliable, presentable, and trustworthy — you’ll have full daily access to the property
• Physically capable — four floors, outdoor work, hands-on labor in UAE climate
• Valid UAE residency
• Must be prepared to start immediately
