Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and reliable A/C Technician to join our property management team. The candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems across residential and commercial properties.
- Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair split and central A/C systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot A/C issues efficiently
Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance
Handle gas refilling, filter cleaning, and compressor checks
Respond to tenant maintenance requests within set timelines
Ensure all work complies with safety standards
✅ Requirements
Proven experience as an A/C Technician (UAE experience preferred)
Knowledge of split Ac, Split Duct and Central AC systems and tools
Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems
Good communication skills (basic English required)
Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
