Job Description

We are currently looking for young, dynamic, self motivated Food & Beverage professionals who want to move their careers forward.

As a Food & BeverageCoordinator you are responsible to support the Corporate Food & Beverage Team in the day-to-day operation by performing administrative and operational tasks, whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:

Coordinate the on-going correspondence between Corporate F&B Office and all stake holders

Provide product research, review market trends, monitor the competitive set and document the findings

Manage communication amongst the team at all levels including the hotels in the field

Develop the critical paths and track the needed steps, timelines and milestones

Prepare effective presentations

Liaise with the vendors on all processes and steps

Help to gather the needed data for projects

Document and file the data-research, compile a database to be used for future rollouts in other sister properties

Help in the development of the training manuals

Coordinate the meetings and site visits needed for both the development phase and the rollout phase


Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should be a college degree graduate with preferable previous experiences in a similar role and within the Middle East. You must be a computer literate with strong administration and effective communication skills along with an excellent command of written and spoken English. Ability to read, understand and analyze financial data is a must.
