Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Rotating Equipment Business Manager to lead commercial growth, project delivery excellence, and operational performance across our Motors & Generators service portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in HV/MV rotating equipment, strong P&L ownership, and a proven track record managing complex service and outage projects across the GCC.

This role requires a strategic leader capable of driving business expansion, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring flawless execution of service operations including overhauls, rewinding, diagnostics, and asset life‑extension programs.

Business Growth Leadership — Develop and execute commercial strategies to expand service offerings across motors, generators, and rotating equipment portfolios.

P&L & Financial Stewardship — Own revenue, margins, forecasting, and cost‑to‑complete (CTC) for the rotating equipment business line.

Project & Operations Oversight — Lead end‑to‑end delivery of outage, overhaul, rewinding, and diagnostic projects across GCC markets.

Customer & Stakeholder Management — Build strong client relationships, manage expectations, and ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Technical Governance — Provide expert guidance on HV/MV motors, generators, VPI systems, FAT/SAT, and condition diagnostics.

Team Leadership — Lead cross‑functional teams across engineering, SCM, quality, manufacturing, and field services.

Preferred Experience
Managing multicultural teams of 30–75+ resources.

Leading major inspections, rewinding, VPI operations, and asset integrity programs.

Experience in GCC markets (UAE, KSA, Oman, Qatar).

Background in OEMs or Tier‑1 service providers (ABB, Siemens, Andritz, Alfanar, etc.).
