As aSecurity Engineer , you will
Participating in infrastructure design reviews
Providing design feedback to align with industry standards and operational requirements
Implementing the approved design
Developing and executing infrastructure acceptance tests
Configuring system monitoring and management capability required to integrate with a central monitoring system.
Performing capacity analysis, system upgrades and continuous improvements
Troubleshooting and resolving issues during implementation phases
Updating documentation capturing deviations from the design documentation, acceptance tests status and implementation for system monitoring and management capabilities.

To bring your dream to life, you’ll need:
4+ years of Information Security experience
4+ years of experience as a senior security engineer performing system security planning, designing and engineering.
Experience implementing and managing various security infrastructure technologies including Firewalls, Wireless Networks, Intrusion Detection, URL Filtering, Network Based Malware Detection, Network Based Anomaly Detection, DDOS Prevention, Malware Prevention, SIEM, Data Loss Prevention, Endpoint Threat Protection, Security Analytics, and PKI.
Success implementing and deploying a wide range of commercial and open source security products including Microsoft, Splunk, RedSeal, Trend Micro, RSA, Palo Alto, Cisco, Rapid7, Snort, ELK, Checkpoint, Venafi, Symantec, Bluecoat, and CyberArk
Deep understanding of IP, UDP & TCP protocols
Ability to coordinate and support projects including product upgrades and deployment of new capabilities, tools and enhancements
Understanding of PKI, x509, TLS, Multi-Factor Authentication and general certificate management techniques
Ability to author highly technical documentation including runbooks, standard operating procedures, incident responder guides, and system configuration guides
Strong written and verbal communications skills with ability to present technical risks and issues to non-technical audiences
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to mentor/train staff and bring awareness to current and emerging threats
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security or equivalent system security engineering experience.
Industry Standard Security certifications including: SANS, GIAC, CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CEH
Vendor Specific Certifications: CCSE, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, Palo Alto or other vendor specific certifications or training.
Experience working within strict change management procedures in an environment with multiple stakeholders.
The ability to manage self and multi-task in an environment of changing priorities.
