We Are Hiring: Male Architect (Minimum 5 Years Abu Dhabi Experience)
We are an Engineering Consultancy Firm seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and experienced Architect to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Must be identified with ADM (Abu Dhabi Municipality)
• Fluency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven architectural experience in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• Well versed of Abu Dhabi Municipality regulations, FAB Bank requirements, authority approval procedures, and permitting processes.
• Proven experience in the design and development of residential villas, commercial buildings, and mixed-use projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and other architectural design software.
• Experience in preparing architectural design drawings, authority submissions, tender documents, and technical specifications.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of UAE building codes, standards, and industry practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare concept, schematic, detailed design, and construction drawings.
• Manage authority submissions and follow up on approvals with relevant government entities.
• Coordinate effectively with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.
• Attend client meetings, consultant coordination meetings, and site inspections.
• Ensure all designs comply with UAE regulations, building codes, and project requirements.
