EMIRE Facility Management is looking for a professional and customer-focused Filipino Male Customer Care Executive to join our growing team.
Requirements:
Filipino Male
Bachelor's Degree
1–2 years of UAE experience in customer service, customer care, or call center
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Strong telephone etiquette and customer handling skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to manage customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
Well-organized, positive attitude, and able to work under pressure
Immediate joiners are preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries promptly.
Schedule and coordinate cleaning and maintenance service appointments.
Follow up with customers to ensure service satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer records and prepare daily reports.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely service delivery.
Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions.
Support administrative and office tasks when required.
