Responsibilities:
Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and healthy snacks.
Follow detailed meal plans and dietary restrictions.
Read ingredient labels carefully to avoid allergens.
Prevent cross-contamination during food preparation.
Prepare meals from scratch using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen.
Assist with grocery shopping and ingredient selection when needed.
Requirements:
Experience cooking for individuals with food allergies, Crohn's disease, IBS, or other digestive conditions.
Good understanding of elimination diets and allergen-free cooking.
Knowledge of healthy cooking techniques.
Clean, organized, reliable, and trustworthy.
Ability to follow recipes and nutrition guidance accurately.
Previous experience with private families is preferred.
