Job description:
Position: Head Chef
Location: Al Mirfa, Al Dhafra Region, Abu Dhabi
Working Hours: 8 hours per day
Work Schedule: 6 days per week
Compensation: Competitive salary + performance-based commission
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef with strong expertise in international cuisine, The ideal candidate will be a creative culinary professional who can lead a kitchen team, maintain exceptional food quality, and play a key role in developing an exciting, modern menu.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily kitchen operations and supervise kitchen staff
• Prepare and present high-quality dishes, with a focus on menu standard
• Develop, update, and innovate menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer feedback
• Maintain strict standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness
• Manage inventory, control food costs, and minimize waste
• Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
• Work closely with management to enhance kitchen performance and customer satisfaction
• Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to ensure skill development and operational efficiency
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in an international kitchen
• Strong culinary skills, creative and passionate about modern culinary trends
• Leadership ability and experience managing a busy kitchen team
• Excellent knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices
