Job Description:
We are looking for energetic, highly organized, and experienced Kitchen & Expo Assistants to support our fast-paced back-of-house operations. In this dynamic role, you will rotate and assist across various essential sections including the Hot Kitchen, Preparation & Packaging, the Expo station, and our Central Kitchen facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Hot Kitchen & Prep: Assist the chefs in the hot section with daily mise an place, food preparation, cooking support, and portioning.
• Expo & Packaging (Tawdeeb): Manage the Expo station efficiently; ensure all orders (dine-in, takeaway, and delivery) are accurately assembled, garnished, and securely packaged before dispatch.
• Central Kitchen Support: Actively participate and assist in central kitchen operations, including bulk food preparation, processing, and organizing branch dispatches.
• Hygiene & Organization: Maintain impeccable cleanliness, sanitize workstations, and strictly follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.

Requirements:
• Proven F&B experience working as a Kitchen Assistant, Prep Helper, or Expo in busy restaurants or central kitchens.
• Strong understanding of hot kitchen dynamics and the ability to handle high-volume order dispatching quickly and accurately.
• Gender: Both Male and Female candidates are welcome to apply.
• Language Skills: Basic English communication is required. Understanding Arabic is highly preferred.

• Physical stamina and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Candidates must be currently residing inside the UAE and ready to join immediately.
