URGENT HIRING – GENERAL FOREMAN
Steel Fixing & Formwork Works
urgently hiring an experienced General Foreman to supervise and manage steel fixing and formwork works for a reinforced concrete project in Abu Dhabi.
The candidate will perform responsibilities at a level similar to a Site Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise all steel fixing and formwork activities
• Manage and direct Nepalese work crews
• Distribute manpower and assign daily tasks
• Monitor productivity and achieve daily targets
• Read and execute works according to structural drawings
• Coordinate between steel fixing, formwork and site management teams
• Monitor work quality and compliance with safety requirements
• Prepare daily reports covering manpower, completed work and site issues
• Take responsibility for site activities and workforce performance
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of GCC experience in reinforced concrete projects
• Strong practical experience in both steel fixing and formwork works
• Previous experience managing Nepalese work crews
• Must speak and understand Arabic well
• English or Nepali communication skills will be an advantage
• Ability to read structural drawings
• Strong leadership and manpower management skills
• Ability to achieve the required productivity targets
• Must be currently available in the UAE
• Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred
