We are looking for an experienced Senior Timekeeper who can join immediately and with a strong background in construction site operations in the UAE. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate workforce attendance records and preparing daily manpower reports to support site operations and payroll coordination.
The position requires someone who is familiar with large site workforces and understands the importance of precise timekeeping in a construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Record and maintain daily attendance of site staff, laborers, and subcontractor workforce
• Prepare daily manpower reports and submit them to site management and HR
• Track overtime, shift schedules, and labor allocation across different site activities
• Coordinate with site supervisors and foremen to verify manpower records
• Maintain updated records of new joiners, absences, and leave movements
• Support HR and payroll teams by ensuring accurate labor records
• Maintain organized documentation of attendance sheets and workforce reports
• Assist in monitoring manpower productivity and site labor deployment
Requirements
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Senior Timekeeper in a UAE construction company
• Proven experience handling large site manpower records
• Strong knowledge of daily manpower reporting and attendance tracking
• Good skills in MS Excel and reporting tools
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work directly on construction sites and coordinate with managers
