* A/C Technicians: Install indoor cassette unit in false ceiling
Ensure proper alignment and secure mounting
Connect refrigerant pipes, drain lines, and electrical wiring
Install outdoor unit and test system.
Install ducting systems (GI ducts, flexible ducts)
Install Air Handling Units (AHU) and Fan Coil Units (FCU)
Connect chillers or package units
Insulate ducts and piping
* Firefighting: Respond to fire alarms and emergencies
Control and extinguish fires using hoses, extinguishers, foam, etc.
Ventilate burning buildings to release heat and smoke
Prevent fire from spreading to nearby structures, Rescue trapped people in fire, Handle chemical spills, gas leaks or toxic exposures, Inspect Buildings for fire hazards etc.
* Document Controller: Receive incoming documents (drawings, reports, emails, contracts)
Register them in document control systems or logs
Assign document numbers and maintain proper records
Distribute documents to relevant departments or personnel
Ensure the correct version reaches the right people on time
Maintain distribution records
Track revisions and updates of documents
Ensure only the latest version is in use
Prevent use of outdated or incorrect documents
Maintain document registers and logs
Generate reports on document status (pending, approved, rejected)
Track submission deadlines
