We Are Hiring – Civil Supervisor for ADNOC Project
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Civil Supervisor to join our team for an ADNOC project in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
📍 Job Details
Position: Foreman (Civil Supervisor)
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Nationality: Indian
Salary: AED 3,500 – 5,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications
Visa: Company-sponsored employment visa
👷 Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily civil construction activities at the project site.
Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and site engineers.
Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Monitor work quality, safety standards, and project progress.
Supervise concrete, excavation, masonry, and other civil construction activities.
Allocate and manage workers effectively to meet project requirements.
Coordinate with the project team to ensure smooth execution of site activities.
Prepare daily site reports and provide updates on work progress.
Ensure compliance with site safety and quality requirements.
✅ Requirements
Relevant experience as a Foreman ,Civil Supervisor.
Previous experience in construction or industrial projects is preferred.
ADNOC / Oil & Gas project experience will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of civil construction activities and site supervision.
Ability to supervise workers and coordinate with subcontractors and engineers.
Good understanding of construction quality and safety requirements.
Strong communication, leadership, and site coordination skills.
