Duties and responsibilities

Coordinates all correspondence for signature and action relevant correspondence.
Collects mail and distributes to sales personnel.
Coordinates arrangements for sales personnel's sales trips including hotel accommodation, TER advance flight-booking etc.
Makes up promotional material for sales trips/trade shows if necessary.
Disseminates schedule of sales functions and meeting and ensures sales personnel are informed.
Prepares monthly sales report for VP sales/marketing.
Prepares monthly SSP reports.
Monitors Rewards Club production produces quarterly update letter to be mailed to Reward Club members.
Maintains mailing lists and updates as necessary.

Qualifications :

High School Diploma / Bachelor's degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in marketing or related field, and 1 or more years of experience in a hospitality or hotel sales and marketing.
