Key responsibilities:
• Welcome clients and deliver a five-star hospitality experience
• Handle check-ins, payments, and phone inquiries professionally
• Promote treatments, packages, and retail products
• Fill booking gaps and help maximize the schedule
• Maintain a spotless and organized reception area
• Manage a busy phone line while greeting walk-in guests smoothly

• Flexible for shifts, weekends, and public holidays
