Start Date: Immediate

Key Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

This Isn’t Just a Job. It’s the Pole Position for Your Career.

Ever dreamed of working where the engine noise never fades and the smell of victory is in the
air? Kart Drop, based at the heart of global motorsport – the iconic Yas Marina Circuit – is
looking for an elite Vehicle Wrapping Specialist to join our fast-paced team.

We don't just apply vinyl; we create identities for high-performance motorsport cars and karts.

Working directly with our team of highly skilled designers, you will be the final, crucial link in
bringing their incredible visions to life. This is a world where precision is everything, and the
finish is the only thing that matters. If you live for the thrill of motorsport and have an obsessive
eye for perfection, we want you.

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:
● Execute Flawless Installations: Apply full vehicle wraps and intricate racing liveries to a
range of motorsport vehicles, from professional karts to high-performance race cars,
using our proprietary printing techniques.
● Master the Technology: Operate and maintain best-in-class printing technology, vinyl
cutters, and laminators to produce stunning, high-quality graphics.
● Surface Perfection: Meticulously prepare every vehicle surface to ensure an absolutely
pristine, contamination-free application every single time.
● Collaborate with Creatives: Work hand-in-hand with our design team to ensure their
digital creations are translated perfectly onto the physical vehicle.
● Uphold the Standard: Be the ultimate guardian of quality. Your work is a direct
reflection of the Kart Drop brand on the racetrack.

Who We're Looking For: The Master Craftsman

This role is for an artist, not just an installer. The real key to your success and the single most
important part of your application is your demonstrable ability to achieve a world-class finish.
● An Obsession with Perfection: Your work is your signature. You are fanatical about
achieving a flawless, "painted-on" finish. We are looking for bubble-free, perfectly
aligned, seamless applications where every edge is immaculate. Your portfolio must
showcase this exceptional quality.
● Proven Experience: You have significant hands-on experience in high-end vehicle
wrapping, with a portfolio that speaks for itself. Experience with motorsport vehicles is a
massive advantage.
● Technical Proficiency: You are an expert with professional-grade plotters, printers, and
laminators and are comfortable with various types of vinyl and their unique application
techniques.
● Adrenaline-Fuelled Focus: You thrive in a high-energy environment and can maintain
surgical precision even when deadlines are tight.
● Team Player: You communicate effectively and enjoy collaborating with a team of
passionate, creative professionals.
● Experience in motorsport: Whether you’ve worked as a mechanic in the paddock —
from karting to car racing — this type of hands-on motorsport experience will help us
drive innovation and advance our products.

What We Offer: Your Winner's Package
● An Unbeatable Workplace: Work every day from the legendary Yas Marina Circuit in
Abu Dhabi. This is an environment like no other.
● The Ultimate Canvas: Get your hands on incredible motorsport cars and karts, making
your mark on vehicles that are born to be fast.
● Cutting-Edge Tools: Access to proprietary printing methods and the best technology in
the industry to create your best work.
● A Winning Team: Join a dynamic, professional, and friendly team that shares your
passion for motorsport and excellence.
