Urgently Required Female Office Administrator/Accountant for a logistics company in Abu Dhabi.

The Role

Prepare, maintain and examine accounting records and financial statements
Coordinating with clients by phone calls & Email
Checking emails and actions accordingly.
Sending quotations and invoices on time.
Managing labors & other staffs
Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings
Keeping the company’s filing system in order
File and update contact information for employees, customers, suppliers and external partner.
Create and maintain an adequate payroll procedure.
High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
HR requests handling & leave management

Candidate should have knowledge of MS office & Tally
Excellent communication skills & Strong interpersonal skill.
