Accountant & Data Entry Clerk

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant & Data Entry Clerk to support our accounting and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Record and maintain daily accounting transactions accurately.
Perform data entry for invoices, receipts, payments, expenses, and other financial documents.
Maintain and organize accounting records and supporting documents.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Prepare and update Excel spreadsheets, financial schedules, and reports.
Reconcile bank statements and accounting records.
Enter and maintain financial data in QuickBooks.
Assist in preparing invoices, payment records, and expense reports.
Review accounting entries and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain proper filing of financial and accounting documents.
Assist the accounting team with monthly closing and routine accounting tasks.
Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or data entry.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, formatting, sorting, filtering, and basic reporting.
Good working knowledge of QuickBooks.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle confidential financial information.
Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.

Salary: AED 2,800 to 3500 per month based on knowledge
