Job Details
The Cashier is responsible for handling customer payments, issuing receipts, maintaining accurate cash records, and providing excellent customer service at the car wash centre. The role also includes coordinating with the operations team to ensure smooth customer flow and timely service.
Receive payments by cash, card, or other payment methods from customers.
Issue invoices, receipts, and maintain proper transaction records.
Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately and efficiently.
Handle daily cash collection and prepare cash reports.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter area.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding services, pricing, and promotions.
Coordinate with the washing team to ensure proper vehicle tracking and service completion.
Report any payment discrepancies or operational issues to the supervisor.
Ensure proper opening and closing of cashier activities each day.
Maintain confidentiality and security of cash and financial information.
